What does it mean when you dream about pulling many hair clips out of your left ear? Last night I dreamed I couldn't find my hair clips (you know, those metal things that you bend to snap open and shut?), and I pulled one out of my ear like it was the most natural thing in the world for them to sometimes get stuck in there. I ended up pulling what must have been 18 or more clips, mostly red and a few blue ones. Very very odd.

Got a letter in the mail yesterday, apparently the college has determined that I do indeed know how to write at college level. In other words, I passed the WEPT. Woo, freakin' hoo. Anyway, now it's out of the way and I don't ever have to bother with it again. Now all I need to do is take my psych classes and a multicultural course and I'm done! It's probably harder than it sounds, though.
I had a very weird dream last night, actually it was more of a nightmare. In the dream I remembered that I had signed up for one extra class and had only turned in one assignment for it, then forgot about it. Scared me to death! I hate it when my dreams are plausible, and I think they're real. Realizing it was a dream is such a relief. Stupid subconscious mind.
Today, I am going to the zoo with Greg and a couple of his co-workers (who are married and preggo). We've hung out before and I like them both very much. They're a couple of the few adults (who are in another life-stage) whom I can really relate to on a peer level, which is interesting. I'm not sure if it's that I'm getting older or I'm just finding immature adults. Oh well, it is a mystery! It's been a long time since I was last at the zoo, so I am going to go and see as much as I can and take pictures for posterity. "See kids? This is what we called a Kiosk. Too bad they're extinct now."
Then we will see X-3 which is a totally different kind of awesome. Good times, good times.

I'm not hung up on dream analysis... but I wanted to record this dream.
It was unusually long and cohnerent, which really makes it stick out in my mind.
In the dream my employer sends me and my co-workers to take an employee assessment test.
The tests is composed of two parts, both question and answer.
I score a perfect 4/4 on the first test, and 10/12 on the other -
For some reason, my employer promotes me to manager of a fast food restaurant because of this.
I don't know how to run a restaurant! I wouldn't even know how to start!
Suddenly I'm in a white official-looking lab coat standing behind the counter. My employees are previous employees of Walgreen's that I know, along with my friend Joey.
They all look at me expectantly.
A customer approaches me and I try to take their order, however, I have no idea how to work the register. They get annoyed with me so I put one of my co-workers on the register and back away.
I can't remember much more after that.. but it certainly was a strange dream to have.

Anyone ever had a dream that really disturbed them later?
I did last night, and it left me pretty shaken. As with most dreams, I can't remember much of the details - I just remember that someone who resembled one of my sisters had barged into my home and was being very rude to everyone. In the dream, I hated this girl, so much that I actually got in a fist fight with her. The worst part was, she didn't really fight back so I pinned her to the ground and just started beating her face with my fists. It was the most violent dream I've ever had, and now it's got me a bit shaken. Everything was from my point of view, but I just couldn't stop hitting this girl as hard as I could... *sigh* I'm sure there's a psychological reasoning behind this, but I'm not sure I want to know what it is. That is all for now.
